This eclectic class will explore something a little different every week to nourish your body, mind and spirit.  One week you may experience a more vigorous, flowing practice connecting movement with breath, while the next week may invite you to hold postures and move inward, using breath as a meditative focus.  Or perhaps you will work toward a peak posture or try some interesting breath work. Whether yin or yang or both, you will always be encouraged to work within your own practice.  Although some prior experience with yoga is helpful, it is not necessary.  All Levels are welcome!
