Chair Yoga is for anyone who is looking for a fun, gentle practice using a chair as the primary prop.  This is especially appropriate if you have difficulty getting up and down on a mat/floor.  We will build strength, work on balance and flow while increasing flexibility and range of motion.  

We will practice breathing techniques designed to enhance the practice, asanas (yoga postures), and meditation. The music will be upbeat and fun.  Come prepared to laugh, move, and experience yoga from a different perspective, but always with JOY!

Great if you are recovering from an injury, surgery, have chronic pain or reduced movement or range of motion.
