Growing through FlowingIn this all levels class we will slow down the pace. When we slow down we relax the nervous system, we focus on our breath, and we become stronger mentally and physically. Using the breath, we will hold poses longer which is designed to bring balance and to be able to discover what each pose has to offer. You will explore your edge, yet still feel a relaxed and renewed experience. The sequence of postures may be different from class to class, but we will always focus on a stretching and strengthening practice that will open our hearts and calm our minds.
