Sound Healing: Journey into timelessness

Join Jennifer, Nina, and Josh for an hour of relaxation, rest, healing, rejuvenation, care-giving, unwinding, extra-ordinary crystal bowl chakra balancing, drumming, and reiki / energy healing.  

This kind of rest doesn't come easy.  The kind of rest that is acquired to move into a state of true relaxation and healing can only be done consciously.  The use of of sound and the energy of reiki are one way to enter into that state.

The other 11 spots will be on the floor and the cost is $20 per person.

You must bring your own mat, blanket, and pillow and any other comfort you choose.

During this time of change in our lives that we have all endured due to covid we really want to nourish our souls and allow whatever needs to rise to rise be it comfortable or uncomfortable emotions and sensations.  Our goal is for you to remember your heart, to reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been ignored, to give attention to any healing you may be in need of so that you leave the studio reminded of your path.  Our goal is to create a sacred space for you to once again re-ignite your faith, love, and purpose.
