Flex-Fit Yoga
Class Description: Merging the synergies of yoga with body-weight fitness training to achieve the results of both practices on your mat. In Flex-Fit Yoga, we guide students through traditional yoga flows, but with the added twists, bends, and muscle engagement that goes beyond traditional yoga asanas. During traditional asanas, we’ll enhance your pose results with additional muscle engagement and some balance training for good measure. We’ll work all parts of your body in a comprehensive yoga fitness practice that will leave you invigorated and ready for a well-deserved savasana.
