Kerri Thyne
From years of practicing yoga in gyms or at home, I finally nestled in at JOY-and never looked back. The sacred space that JOY provided not only taught me what it felt like to explore the science of yoga and meditation as such but invited me to open myself to the sacredness within.
Amy Jacobs
I love to teach gentle flows, connecting breath to movement , holding poses for several breaths, allowing the body to relax and create space. I believe that everybody is different, and every body is different, and want everybody to know that yoga is for every single body!!
Jaimie Cutts
I strive to make yoga more accessible to students of all levels by creating an inclusive environment and providing safe instruction through creative flows.
Kate Ketelaar
Come flow with me Wednesday's at 6pm for Go With the Vinyasa Flow! Flows, holds and deep breathing while working our core and stabilizer muscles.
Andrea Escobar
Chance brought Andrea to yoga, but curiosity and desire to learn more about wellness kept her diving into the practice. Andrea fell in love with the practice of yoga as she discovered the therapeutic and meditative foundations of linking movement to breath in 2018.
John Gagnon
I enjoy sharing my fitness and yoga knowledge with students and was thrilled to become a regular teacher at Joy. My yoga styles are varied, from slow-flow, stretchy, wind-down evening practices, to more demanding yoga practices that integrate fitness exercises into the flows.
Shauna Gullbrand
CYT 500, certified in Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga. Having maintained a dedicated yoga practice for nearly two decades and taught yoga for more than 10 years, she brings a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection, mindfulness, self-awareness, and personal transformation to her work.
Kristina Livingston
Come join me as we connect to our mind and body with gentle ease. Less is more!
Dawn Cameron
