A Evening of Energetic Restoration 

In this deeply restorative Yoga Nidra workshop we will embark on a sacred journey through the energetic field from root to crown, restoring the flow of energy and recalibrating each chakra's vibration. 

Working with the elements through deep relaxation, visualization, and mantra blocks will be dissolved, flow restored, and your natural state of easefulness realized.

This is a healing modality that bypasses the thinking brain and lands directly in the subtle body. 

This is a totally passive experience.
