Join Jennifer March 23rd 6-7:15pm for a guided Sound Nidra Healing.
An incredible experience of easing into a space between waking and sleeping that opens you to the infinite possibilities for realizing and manifesting your dreams and desires.
what to bring: a pillow, blanket, journal, and crystals or object(s) of support.
You will be guided into a relaxed state through guided breath work and then through sound and guided sound nidra.
This process is proven to create an internal atmosphere of receptivity in the brain and body allowing for gentle yet profound awareness and intuition to support you in awakening to the life that you imagine but may be hesitant to embark on.
Tools for sustained practice will be offered so you can continue your journey on your own as well as additional in person sound nidra experiences.
