Jennifer teaches mindfulness based yoga, she is a primary teacher, owner of JOY. As an E-RYT500 she has been practicing yoga since 2021 and teaching extensively since 2009.

You’ll enjoy breathing techniques, yoga philosophy, meditation and asana all wrapped up in her one hour sessions.
