Hello beautiful JOY souls!
Please join me for a vinyasa/hatha flow mix! I will start class by guiding you through meditation and breathwork to help you feel grounded within your body and within the space. You will be guided through poses that will challenge your strength and balance. I will prioritize safety by ensuring appropriate alignment and providing options for students of all levels. After our flow, you will be calmly transitioned to a well-earned savasana. Even though this class is at a slower pace, you will still feel the burn and leave feeling stronger within your body and mind!
