You are invited to practice a deep connection with breath and body which will gently guide the mind to relaxation and clarity.

Much like traditional yoga the newly developed somatic yoga is designed for the student to solely focus on methodically moving and breathing in a way that intentionally initiates the parasympathetic nervous system.

Monica feels very connected to this type of yoga and looks forward to nourishing your practice of this.
