Step into the warm candle lit cocoon of our wonderful studio space for a mini retreat amidst the busy season with the powerful backdrop of Winter Solstice Energy. A time to relax, release, and renew.
We will begin by assuring you are physically comfortable. Feel free to bring a pillow and blanket from home and also a journal and pen.
1. Beginning with our opening ceremony meditation.
