Class Description:
Yoga Sculpt combines traditional yoga with strength training exercises utilizing body weight and light dumbbells (2, 3, and 5 lbs.). The fusion of yoga, cardio, and weightlifting will challenge and transform your body. We’ll guide you through a full-body workout with cardio Vinyasa flows intertwined with strength training during Hatha yoga poses. If you’re looking to increase strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness in one workout, then try Yoga Sculpt!
