Drawing from the ancient teachings of traditional Yoga, the intention with this series is to provide you an opportunity to connect to your breath and subtle body, expand your spiritual awareness, and ultimately experience more of your true Divine nature.
In this first six week foundational series, we'll focus on learning the why of meditation, the steps & method of reaching a meditative state, Pranayama techniques to use our breath to control our life force energy, and ways to connect more to our subtle body to reach a meditative state.
Stay tuned for future series that build from this foundational part one series, that will deepen our practice even further with additional meditation techniques involving chakra, OM, visualization, and more.
