Blending yoga with strength training, Yoga Sculp utilizes traditional yoga poses while adding additional resistance with light-weight strength training, using 2 lb, 3 lb, and 5 lb. dumbbells for upper and lower body conditioning, aerobic, balance and flexibility training.  Bring your mat, water, and a towel, leave reinvigorated, strong, and ready to tackle anything life throws at you!
