You are invited to participate in an intro class to learn what it means to view your whole being holistically and how this can improve your health.


In our busy lives - our body, mind, and energy endure many difficulties each day.  You may not even realize how much stress is affecting your health and maybe you do realize it but don’t know which way to turn because of the over-whelming amount of information available today.


There are many factors that can affect your over-all well-being such as age, family dynamics, relationships, weight, nutrition, work, emotional health etc.


This is why I love Ayurveda - the science of life.  It is ancient wisdom that applies seamlessly to our modern times.  


In this FREE session I will discuss:


The definition of ‘holistic’ as it relates to well-being.


Why asana (yoga postures) are just one piece to the holistic puzzle.


You will be given an assessment / quiz to determine which areas of your life, body, mind, energy may be needing support/balance and what areas are working to support you.
