Time for Yourself: Gentle Flow


Step out of the rush of your day and into a space that’s just for you.


This mid-morning class is an invitation to slow down, soften your pace, and reconnect with yourself—body, breath, and heart. This is your time to reset and restore.


We’ll move through slow, mindful postures, guided by the breath and held with awareness, allowing space to open in the body and your inner world.


You’ll leave feeling calm, clear, and reconnected—lighter, more open, and ready to move through the rest of your day with greater ease.
