Active Imagination is a powerful technique for healing and personal growth.
During this workshop you will be taken through a guided visualization meditation to a sacred space where you will have the opportunity to interact with the images in your mind. Allowing your fantasy free play gives permission to your inner-self to act out whatever messages are trying to communicate with your conscious mind. You will be guided back to present moment awareness where you will be encouraged to draw or create the image that came to you while sitting in your sacred space. Exerting as little influence on the image as possible, you will begin to develop a relationship of mutual respect to the image and responding to it, to try to understand it. You will do this through dialogue, automatic writing or creative independence.

Pens, markers, paper and possibly even clay, will be supplied for you.
**No previous drawing experience is required!
