A Moving Chakra Meditation and High-Intensity Sound Meditation

The holidays are over.  It’s time to release any residual energies of stress, tension, obligation and expectation.  It’s time to focus on you.

Shauna will be facilitating this 90-minute event, during which you will be guided to connect with your body and your chakras through music, mantra and movement.  The first 35 minutes will consist of a guided movement meditation, working through the energies of each chakra, giving you the opportunity to invite awareness and healing while releasing that which no longer serves your highest good and greatest joy.  Directly following you will be prompted to get comfortable on your yoga mat with pillows, blankets and whatever else you need, as you submerse yourself in a high-intensity sound meditation.  The music selection will be played at a higher level allowing you the opportunity to let go and move deeper within yourself.  As you come out of the evening of meditation you will have ample time to journal your experience and maybe share with the circle if you feel inclined to do so.

J.O.Y. Wellness supplies mats for the event. We have a limited amount of pillows and blankets, so you may think about bringing one from home. And be sure to bring your journal!

We will be starting directly at 6:30 so please arrive several minutes early.

Shauna Gullbrand is a Certified Professional Coach, specializing in Self-Awareness Coaching.  She is an IET (Integrated Energy Therapy) Master/Instructor and works with the energy of angels to promote self-healing.  Shauna is a trained Voice Dialogue Facilitator, she is an advocate for self-healing and she is one of J.O.Y. Wellness’s yoga teachers.
