Shauna Gullbrand

Inspiring Others to Remember Their Light
Shauna believes that every woman carries a light within her that deserves to be seen, honored, and expressed. Her work is dedicated to helping women reconnect with that light after years of self-doubt, people-pleasing, or disconnection from themselves. Through transformative coaching, she guides women in defining self-love for themselves—not as a destination, but as a daily practice of self-acceptance, self-trust, and self-honoring. As women embrace their inner wisdom and cultivate self-love on their own terms, they find the courage to live more fully, authentically, and unapologetically.
Shauna received her Professional Coaching Certification (CPC) through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), one of the most respected coach training programs in the United States and an accredited school of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She also earned her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the ICF.
In addition to her coaching credentials, Shauna is a Certified Global Sisterhood® Facilitator, an Integrated Energy Therapy® Master/Instructor through The Center of Being, and a CYT-500 (Certified 500-hour Yoga Teacher). She is also certified in Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga. Having maintained a dedicated yoga practice for nearly two decades and taught yoga for more than 10 years, she brings a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection, mindfulness, self-awareness, and personal transformation to her work.
Her additional training includes Voice Dialogue work and participation in numerous consciousness, healing, and personal development conferences. Drawing from these diverse modalities and experiences, Shauna offers a holistic approach that supports women in reconnecting with themselves, reclaiming their inner light, and creating a more loving and authentic relationship with who they truly are.
